HRO Partner Named Among Utah's Forty Under 40

Salt Lake City, Utah, February 23, 2009 – International law firm Holme Roberts and Owen LLP (HRO) congratulates partner David Parkinson on being recognized as one of Utah’s Forty Under 40. Mr. Parkinson joins a select assemblage of entrepreneurial experts, tech wizards, finance gurus and executive captains identified as being at the forefront of Utah’s business community. Now in its seventh year, Utah’s Forty Under 40 will honor the class of 2009 at a special luncheon, presented by HRO, on February 25 at the Little American Hotel, Salt Lake City, Utah. Mr. Parkinson, who joined HRO in 2001, is a member of the firm’s complex commercial litigation group and is based in Salt Lake City. He has a broad range of experience in jury trials, bench trials, arbitrations, and appellate matters.
